Assurant, as the supplier of the purchased item, offers a 30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee and a 12 Month Warranty.
By submitting a Return or Warranty Claim, you indicate that you have read and accepted the below Terms and Conditions.
In addition to the warranties which apply to your device (described below), if at any time within the first 30 days from your purchase date you are not satisfied with your device, you may return your device for an exchange or refund. Once received and inspected, subject to the following, Assurant will facilitate an exchange or refund.
In addition to the consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law, Assurant devices are supported by a 12 month warranty from your original purchase date against defects and guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure. You are also entitled to have the device repaired or replaced by Assurant if the device fails to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. This excludes faults caused by the way the device is mis-treated or used.
The 12 Month Warranty and 30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee are void in the following instances:
To make a claim under the 30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee or under the 12 Month Warranty, please review and accept each of the terms under the Returns Checklist.
When you click on "I Confirm the Above is Correct", you will be directed to provide some additional information about your device and your contact details. You will then be issued with your Australia Post Shipping Label along with instructions on how to package and post your device back to Assurant via Australia Post.
Once Assurant has received your returned device and it has been inspected by our qualified technicians, Assurant will facilitate a repair, replacement, or refund.
Important Note: Assurant does not accept responsibility for your returned device until it has been successfully delivered by Australia Post to Assurant's facility. We strongly suggest using Australia Post tracking and/or insurance for return postage.
